1. Характер послуг1. Nature of services
L Gulia Group надає консультаційні послуги з працевлаштування за кордоном для кандидатів та послуги з підбору персоналу для роботодавців. Ми докладаємо максимум зусиль для підбору законних і перевірених вакансій/кандидатів, проте не гарантуємо працевлаштування, отримання візи чи дозволу на роботу, оскільки остаточне рішення завжди залежить від роботодавця та відповідних державних органів. L Gulia Group provides employment consultancy services for candidates seeking work abroad and staffing services for employers. We make every reasonable effort to match legitimate, vetted vacancies and candidates, but we do not guarantee employment, visa approval or a work permit, as the final decision always rests with the employer and the relevant government authorities.
2. Обов'язки сторін2. Responsibilities of the parties
Ви зобов'язуєтесь надавати правдиву та повну інформацію про себе, включно з документами. Компанія зобов'язується надавати достовірну інформацію про вакансії та умови праці, відомі їй на момент консультації. You agree to provide truthful and complete information about yourself, including documentation. The Company agrees to provide accurate information about vacancies and working conditions, as known to it at the time of consultation.
3. Оплата послуг3. Fees
Вартість консультаційних послуг узгоджується індивідуально та фіксується в окремому договорі або в листуванні до початку співпраці. Первинна консультація є безкоштовною. The cost of consultancy services is agreed individually and set out in a separate agreement or in written correspondence before work begins. The initial consultation is free of charge.
4. Обмеження відповідальності4. Limitation of liability
L Gulia Group не несе відповідальності за дії третіх сторін (роботодавців, державних органів, перевізників), а також за зміни законодавства, що можуть вплинути на процес працевлаштування. Ми не є юридичною фірмою в класичному розумінні і не замінюємо консультацію ліцензованого адвоката з питань, що виходять за межі наших послуг. L Gulia Group is not liable for the acts of third parties (employers, government authorities, carriers), nor for changes in legislation that may affect the employment process. We are not a law firm and do not replace advice from a licensed attorney on matters outside the scope of our services.
5. Інтелектуальна власність5. Intellectual property
Весь вміст сайту (тексти, зображення, логотип) є власністю L Gulia Group або використовується на законних підставах і не може відтворюватися без письмової згоди. All website content (text, images, logo) is the property of L Gulia Group or is used with permission, and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.
6. Застосовне право6. Governing law
Ці Умови регулюються законодавством України. Будь-які спори вирішуються шляхом переговорів, а за неможливості — в судовому порядку за місцем реєстрації Компанії. These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation, or failing that, in the courts at the Company's place of registration.
